Running at Night

Two items of note:
1) This week's run has been changed. It will be a 6:45am run from the Rio. Meet in the parking lot next to the Golf store. Also, Kay waits for no one. Especially if its Clarence.

2) Team captains Stacey and Rachel are running the Rockville Twilight Run Fest on July 21. Come join them because there's beer.

Hey folks! Its time to start your engines again.
This week: Saturday, 6/2 - 6 miles from the Rio - 7am
Next week: Saturday, 6/9 - 7 miles from Grovesnor to Bethesda - 8am

Its getting hot, so if you need it, bring water. Remember, there are no water stops on the Rio run.
