Three More Weeks
Only three more weeks until the run. (and more importantly the massages). This Saturday will be another 8 mile run starting in Bethesda at the Barnes and Noble and ending up at Grovesnor. I recommend leaving your cars at Grovesnor and metroing down to Bethesda.
Run as usual will start at 8am.

argh, i have to wait three weeks until i get my massage? sigh. i'm unfortunately going to miss this weeks run as i have to be in Towson at 11 on saturday ready to sing. but i'll definitely be thinking of you, and catch you next week for 12 miles. ciao!
Any breakfast suggestions for tomorrow? (I need breakfast as a goal.)
