This Week's Run
This weekend - November 18th - we will be doing a "Backwards Run" from Bethesda to Grovesnor Metro. We will be meeting, as usual, at the Barnes and Noble bookstore at the corner of Woodmont and Bethesda Ave. at 8am.
I recommend parking at Grovesnor and then metroing to Bethesda. Check www.metroopensdoors.com to schedule your morning.

Hey Gang,
My dad, Buddy and I will be joining you this Saturday...Buddy will be the ultimate Slacker as he will be riding in his doggy chariot as I pull him on my bike...the purpose is for him to demonstrate how actual Slackers do 7 miles...letting others do the work for him as he simply sits back and enjoys the view!! See you at Bethesda 8 am...
