Meet at the Kiss and Ride at Grovesnor Metro.
The run will be 7.5 miles appx.
Please bring water, metro card, money for breakfast if you will join.

I like this website although still I am not too thrilled about the 'slacker' name but I will get used to it. I will not be running this Saturday because I am having back spasms and running might make it worse. I hope to stat training with all of you soon. Nice job!
